Privacy policy

Last updated · May 21, 2026

This policy describes how Statecove collects and processes your personal data, as well as the rights available to you. It applies to the site and the associated services.

Data collected

We collect only the data necessary to provide our services:

  • Contact data: name, email, message (contact form).
  • Identity and residence data: identity, nationality, address, country of tax residence (onboarding questionnaire, for clients).
  • Project data: planned activity, desired company name, intended structure.
  • Payment data: processed directly by Stripe; we do not store your bank details.

Purpose and legal basis

Data is processed to respond to your requests, perform the service contract and comply with our obligations. The legal basis is the performance of the contract (and, for the contact form, your consent). No data is collected 'for information' beyond what is strictly necessary.

Retention period

Client data is retained for the duration of the contract and then for the period required by legal retention obligations. Unconverted leads (prospects) are retained for a limited period and then deleted.

Recipients

Your data is neither sold nor rented. It may be shared with the providers strictly necessary for the service:

  • An established U.S. registered agent — third-party provider that forms the company.
  • Partner U.S. CPA — to prepare tax filings (Accounting Pack only).
  • Stripe — secure payment processing.
  • Vercel — site hosting, and Supabase — secure database hosting.

Some providers are located in the United States; transfers are carried out under appropriate safeguards.

Security

Data is stored in a secure database with Row Level Security access control. Privileged access keys are never exposed on the browser side. No personal data is placed in URLs, technical logs or analytics events.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data, as well as the right to object to and restrict processing. To exercise these rights, write to us at the contact address; we will handle your request as soon as possible.

Cookies and analytics

By default, the site uses only the cookies strictly necessary for its operation. Any non-essential analytics is enabled only with your consent, with the most privacy-friendly option selected by default.
