Your LLC's annual report, filed for you

Every year, your company must meet its state's annual obligation and keep a valid registered agent. The Annual Maintenance Pack covers both, with the deadline reminders that go with them.

Wyoming requires every LLC to file an annual report, due on the company's anniversary date, for a state fee of $60. Delaware asks for no annual report but a flat franchise tax of $400 since January 1, 2026, due every June 1; New Mexico requires neither. Statecove files that report and renews your registered agent as part of the Annual Maintenance Pack, at €450 per year, state fees excluded — those are rebilled to you at cost, with no mark-up. There is no stand-alone filing on sale: both obligations fall in the same year and are handled together.

What the service covers

The Annual Maintenance Pack

Filing the annual report is not billed per act: it belongs to the yearly package that covers all of your state-side obligations for the year.

Annual Maintenance Pack

Your LLC stays compliant every year, without a second thought.

€450/ yr

One service fee, whatever your state of formation.

What's included

  • Registered Agent renewal
  • Annual report filing where the state requires one (Wyoming, Delaware)
  • Deadline reminders
  • Support throughout the year

The €450 / yr covers the filing and the follow-up; state fees ($60 in Wyoming, $400 in Delaware, none in New Mexico) are rebilled at cost, with no mark-up.

Real deadlines

What your state asks for, and when

The annual obligation depends entirely on the state of formation. Here are the three states we offer, with their fees and deadlines. These fees are charged by the state: they come on top of the package and are rebilled to you at cost.

Wyoming

An annual report to file each year with the Secretary of State. Without it, the company loses its "Active" standing and risks administrative dissolution.

Delaware

No annual report for an LLC, but a flat franchise tax, owed even with no activity at all. It is an upkeep fee, not a tax on profits.

Deadline
Every June 1

New Mexico

No annual report and no state franchise tax. Only the registered agent has to be maintained each year — which makes upkeep the lightest of the three states.

How it works

Four steps, once a year

We put your deadline on our tracker

As soon as you subscribe, your company's due date is recorded. You get a reminder ahead of time, with nothing to keep in mind yourself.

We prepare the filing

We take your company details as they stand on the state register and flag anything that needs to be confirmed or updated.

We file with the state

The report is filed with the Secretary of State of your state of formation. You get the confirmation once the filing is recorded.

Your registered agent is renewed

The renewal is handled in the same motion: your company stays reachable at a valid in-state address all year long.
