Your annual obligations, handled for you
Once your LLC exists, two obligations come back every year: the state's annual filing and the information return owed to the IRS. Here is what each of our annual packages covers, with nothing left in the dark.
Statecove handles two distinct annual obligations: filing the annual report with the state, together with the Registered Agent renewal (Annual Maintenance Pack, €450 per year); and the mandatory annual tax return owed to the IRS, prepared by a partner U.S. CPA (Accounting Pack, from €800 per year, on request). Neither is sold as a one-off filing: both are part of the yearly packages.
